I don’t design a home at you. We design it together, so the finished house meets the way you live and speaks in your own style, not mine.

That collaboration runs on honesty and dependability: clear timelines, straight answers about cost, and updates at every stage. Behind me is an incredible support team of builders, cabinetmakers, woodworkers and installers, which is how I can offer full turnkey service — one point of contact from concept through construction, furnishing and the final styling.

About

Brandy LeRoy

Design has been my passion for as long as I can remember — the way a well-proportioned room feels when you walk into it, the way the right materials, light and furniture turn a house into a place people love to come home to. That passion is the reason I do this work, and it shows in every project I take on.

I’m an interior designer based in Flamingo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. My work spans private homes of every kind — condos, vacation homes, residential and luxury residences — as well as boutique hotels and the full management of new-construction builds. Each one begins the same way: by listening. I take the time to understand how you live and what you want your home to say, and then I develop the right concept for that project rather than a formula. From there, I see it through — communicating clearly at every stage, keeping timelines and budgets honest, and executing the details so the finished space matches the vision we agreed on.

The greatest reward in this work is seeing my clients fall in love with their homes. How a project unfolds

Three stages, each with a clear deliverable, so you always know what you’re approving and why.

  1. Discover

    We walk the site or the drawings together, talk about how you live and what you love, and set the scope, timeline and budget.

  2. Design

    Layouts, material palettes, furniture drawings and specifications, presented in rounds you can react to, with the reasoning behind each choice.

  3. Deliver

    Sourcing, custom fabrication, construction oversight, installation and styling, managed through to the final walkthrough.
